New Business Sales Consultant - Voice Solutions
My client is a new voice services provider with a unique differentiator in the market. They provide a number of leading edge solutions which enable our customers to fully utilise the advances made in IP technology, specifically in the area of FMC. In order to gain traction into the Mid-tier sector, my client requires a number of focussed sales professionals capable of driving revenue through technology evangelism, careful planning and conceptual business development activities. Their technology is leading edge (Based on Nortel CS2000) and requires a high level of ability with a full understanding of IT and VoIP applications in order to penetrate into this lucrative market. Their culture is customer focussed, dynamic, fun and supportive, with an extensive and exceptionally experienced management team.
Overview

It is imperative that you have a confident and professional manner, with the ability to engage
customers at senior director level. Experience selling technology into the Mid-tier space is
absolutely essential, as is the ability to generate interest in the smaller enterprise business
environment through multi-level engagement.

You will have the ability to present propositions based on ROI and TCO to potential clients
with the support of technical pre-sales and the use of in-house models.

You will understand where opportunities lie within your vertical sector and build a sales plan
around gathered information. Sales activity will be backed up by in-house telemarketing and
market data analysis, gathered in conjunction with the companies marketing resources.
Telemarketing should be considered complimentary as an element of self-generation will also
be expected.
Managing and updating individual database of client contacts.
Keeping notes. You will be an organised person and will keep track of your activity through
our CRM systems. You should possess strong closing ability to enable you to reach targets.
You should also be able to work under pressure and use own initiative to generate new
business for the company.
Salary is commensurate with experience and will be aligned to performance through revenue
generation. Commission is earned through both upfront and recurring means, rules apply.
The right candidate should expect to earn in excess of GBP80k, uncapped.
Individuals should be able to demonstrate the ability to articulate the value of the following
technologies
Essential
PBX
IP technologies including LAN/WAN
Mobile services (Basic understanding)
Desirable
Managed services
